Attest provides automated accessibility audits of publicly accessible websites: a technical report, an issue list, and draft accessibility statements. One audit covers one domain. Monitoring subscriptions re-check the audited domain monthly and report changes against your baseline.
Attest is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our audits are technical assessments against published machine-testable criteria (WCAG 2.1 A/AA). Automated testing does not cover every accessibility issue, and remediating reported issues does not guarantee compliance with any law or immunity from claims.
Audits are delivered by email and secure download link within 48 hours of payment. If your report is not delivered within 48 hours or fails to open, you receive a full refund. Because each report is generated from your live site, we do not refund based on the findings themselves. The annual plan includes the audit and a year of monthly re-checks; it renews at the annual rate and can be cancelled any time before renewal.
At checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once your report is generated. We confirm this consent in your order confirmation email.
You may not resell reports, test sites you do not own or lack permission to test, or use the service to compete with it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including regulatory fines or third-party claims.
